Managing Director and Senior Project Manager
Kenneth MacKeigan
Kenneth MacKeigan formed Nousmac Limited with his partner in 2013 and has since renovated several historical Northend Sydney properties into modern upscale spaces.
Kenneth grew up close to Sydney, obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Prior to his work with Nousmac Limited, Kenneth worked as an Information Technology Director, Senior Project Manager, Project Director, Vice President of Operations and has experience in various other supporting roles. Kenneth has expert level project management process and practice skill and has successfully managed the construction of utility scale renewable projects and other business transformation projects.

Sheldon Macdonald
Sheldon Macdonald was one of the founding partners of Nousmac Limited and has worked with his partner Kenneth on the renovation of several historical properties in the Northend of Sydney.
Born and raised in Inverness County, Sheldon now calls Marion Bridge, Cape Breton home.
Sheldon has many years of front-line experience working with the public in retail operations and in homecare for the elderly and takes pride in all tasks at hand.
Kenneth and his partner received the Excellence in Built Heritage Award from the Cape Breton Regional Municipality in 2016 for their restoration of 79 Charlotte Street, one of the oldest homes in the city.
